Casa Espectacular
The Villa has a great flow and architectural layout with the kitchen and living room centered in the middle complete with two master bedroom suites and a third room with an attached bathroom. Each room has sliding doors that open to a large deck with a pool and each has a spectacular ocean, jungle, and sunset view.
The infinity pool is finished in a beautiful greenish colored stone from Indonesia and there is plenty of patio space with lounge chairs and enough deck space to entertain.
The tropical landscaping continues throughout the property grounds, and is full of flowering plants. The existing retaining walls ensure privacy and the driveway provides plenty of parking and space to turn around.
Casa Espectacular also offers free Wi-Fi throughout the house and swimming pool area. Each of 3 bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning, a shower/bathtub, and a closet. A hairdryer is also available. Each master bedroom has a separate shower and a bathtub. One master bedroom has an indoor jacuzzi while the other has an outdoor bathtub. A dishwasher, microwave, oven, glass cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, garbage disposal, washer, and dryer are in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for cooking and grilling!
