While you’re away …

Our Personal Home Services staff will check your home on a weekly basis while you are away and let you know if anything needs attention.

We will:

• Inspect for leaks, secure doors and windows, oversee general cleaning and ensure the functionality of appliances
• Identify necessary preventative maintenance
• Respond to all calls for maintenance promptly and diagnose any problems diligently
• Perform routine maintenance tasks (unstop toilets, sinks and tubs; reset/turn-on circuit breakers; reprogram TVs or air conditioning as needed following electrical failure; reconnect drapery and blind cords, pulls, glides and hooks; make adjustments to and/or lubricate screens, cabinets, sliding glass doors and all door locks; rehang artwork, towel racks and other attached wall items and install and remove any loaner appliances or equipment)

Your package covers facilitating payments made on your behalf for:

• Monthly utilities, residential and cell phone service, electricity, satellite TV and dial-up or cable internet bills (when available)
• Home Owners Association (HOA) dues, insurance policies and land taxes
