Villa Cristal (3 bedrooms, 3,5 baths) features an open living space enhanced by the stunning 2 story windows and covered outdoor entertaining areas which afford an incredible wide ocean view. This new villa offers luxury comfort, all modern convenience and privacy which set the stage for a memorable Costa Rican experience.

Villa Exotica, (4 bedrooms, 3 baths) offers modern and sophisticated design, luxury facilities and distinctive amenities which create a peaceful serenity in an exquisite décor. The entire glass facade provides amazing ocean views and enhances your total connection with nature and wildlife.

Villa Buena Vista (4 bedrooms, 4 baths) offers a truly perfect balance of luxury set in the jungle of CR’ south Pacific. Its secluded setting at the highest point in Villas Brisas affords you sweeping wide Pacific view.  You will be the king of the hill!

Rates:

Rates are per night, in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include government taxes (13%)
Minimum stay: 3 nights - 1 week during peak season
Rates include the luxury of daily cleaning and resort concierge services

Payment and Cancelation Policies:

Check in 3:00pm. / check out 10:00am

All reservations will be confirmed by email. All modifications and cancellations must be sent in writing (via fax or e-mail) to our reservations department. The request must indicate passenger’s name, quantity of people (adults and children), check in and check out dates, villa type.

Pets are not permitted unless otherwise indicated, with the exception of Seeing Eye dogs.
Room preferences and special requests (i.e. bed preference, upper floor, and location) are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability at check in time.

PAYMENT POLICIES

In order to reserve a villa, a 50% deposit of the total stay is required, and is non-refundable.

The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations are effective on the date that a written notice is received via Fax or E-mail at our Reservations office.  If a refund is applicable and adheres to the policies, the corresponding amount will be refunded. For the latter the following cancellation policies will apply. Any cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email tekoa@villasbytekoa.com or by fax 506 27 87 02 58.

Refunds, if applicable will be made upon receipt of written cancellation; refunds will be made as per the following:

Low Season (From May 1st to December 17th) and High Season (From January 3rd to April 30).

Peak Season (From December 18th to January 2nd)

In all cases Villas By Tekoa will not authorize any refunds for late cancellations, unused portions of packages, or no shows.

At check in, a damage deposit (credit Card blank voucher) will be required, which will be cancelled within 7 days after check out, provided that there are no damages to the rental unit.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF PERFORMANCE

It is agreed that Villas by Tekoa will be relieved of its obligations in the event of natural disasters, fire, strike lockout, order of government authorities or any reasonable circumstances beyond its control.

PRIVACY POLICY

“Villas by Tekoa” will maintain any and all information regarding our guest private to only our facility. The information entered into the site will not be provided to any other source. This information will be used sole by “Villas by Tekoa” under penalty of applicable law.
